As our customer we want you to have choices and options. But we understand that sometimes you may feel you don’t know where to start. We start with a general discussion of what you have in mind. We can show you photos of jobs we’ve completed. We can direct you a builder supply business that will have samples of materials, colors, and more.

Here are some things you might want to consider — even before we meet to discuss your requirements

Do you have a budget in mind?

We can help you determine if your project is feasible at the figure you are considering. Many customers are are actually pleasantly surprised to find that their budget is realistic. And, if it’s not, we can show you ways to save without cutting corners on quality or design.

Are you planning to do it all at once or would you consider doing it in stages?

Do you have other projects that might take precedent?

Have you seen other designs for what you like?

If you’re not sure of the look you’re going for, we suggest looking at some magazines such as x, y, z magazines. Showing us the magazine can help us understand your vision. — Or maybe you’ve seen another house in the neighborhood that has what you have in mind. Give us the address so we can see for ourselves. (Of course, we won’t go poking around someone’s property without permission.)

What are your must-haves?

Identifying your must-have requirements and your “it would be nice” items can be helpful. For example, your broken driveway definitely needs to be replaced. Making the driveway 2 feet wider would be useful. Is it necessary? Will you regret not doing it a year after it’s installed?

Have you considered impact on the resale value of your home?

Stonework can not only help you get a higher price for your home but it can also make your home much easier to sell. It can give your home a look of elegance and appeal that sets your home in

Do you have some idea of dimensions of your project?

And will you have to uproot trees or move sprinkler lines? We can help with all of that and coordinate with subcontractors if necessary.

Are you in agreement with what you both want and the purpose of your project?

Perhaps one of you really wants a place to entertain on summer evenings. And the other wants a place to sun during the day. Or a place where the kids can play safely around the pool. We can help you create a space that’s flexible to meet your changing needs.

In summary, from working with customers like you since 1991, we’ve learned to listen closely to what our customers want. We know that the needs of every customer is unique. Our experience helps us know what to ask so we can propose a plan that meets all of your needs. Whether you know exactly what you want or even just a general idea, just call us for a free consultation and estimate.
